Images in the Middle Method
We continue to use the Mentalations
Solutions Group (MSG) Images in the Middle Method. Overall for our XENONET Project we will not
include as many images that we typically use in our other Blogs. Most of the images included here in the
charter are taken from Google Images.
For now in this charter we include about a half dozen or so images. We may add some at a later date. We are sustaining our new method: Images in
the Middle Method (IMM, 2017). As a kid
we here at MSG always preferred that books put the images in the middle.

We here at MSG were first
prescribed Clozapine late in 2007. Since
that time we have acquired considerable knowledge and experience about
Clozapine. As of 2017 we knew not how
and when to share our findings. At the
local Meeting of the Minds conference hosted by the Mental Health Association
(MHA) Doctor De Silva indicated he was using some promising practices out of
Florida. While addressing his suggestions
we came across the Florida Clozapine Hotline.
Clozapine Hotline
The Hotline collateral and documentation
indicates that it is worthwhile to educate others including doctors into the nature
of the BrainMed (MSG, 2017) Clozapine. We
found that practitioners may lack the confidence needed to manage Clozapine. There is a chance that Clozapine is
under-prescribed. Clozapine management
is a rather complex affair. We hope to
help any and all gain and sustain confidence with Clozapine. At this point we do not know if we will ever
be able to publish all the material we have on the back burner or on deck.
Clozaril®
Our experience will rarely
address the Brand Name Clozaril® for two reasons: If we were ever prescribed
Clozaril® we were not aware. In the days
of future past several of our doctors have indicated that there could be
differences in efficacy and tolerability between generic and brand name
medications. Clozaril® is brand name whereas
Clozapine is generic.
Clozapine V Klonopin (SPELLED)
One indicator that an individual
lacks awareness about Clozapine is when you say either in person or over the
phone Clozapine. An individual lacking
awareness jumps to the conclusion you are talking about the Minor Tranquilizer
Klonopin (Clonazepam - SPELLED).

Why Clozapine?
“Clozaril® - Clozapine is
effective but underutilized in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Other antipsychotics do not share clozapine’s
greater efficacy in treating partial and nonresponders as confirmed by the
large-scale Clinical Antipsychotic Trials of Intervention and Effectiveness
(CATIE) and the Cost Utility of the Latest Antipsychotic Drugs in Schizophrenia
Study (CUtLass) trials.”

“All calls will be answered on
non-holiday weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. No registration is required and the service
is free.”

De Silva is: Yes. A long long time ago
in a not so distance galaxy (probable Andromeda) we hired Dr. De Silva (private
pay) to help us solve some well-defined concerns. He used a cookie cutter approach reached the
wrong conclusions and did not help use define causes about our dilemma. As Dr. AP Deutsch the next doctor we hire
stated in our initial meeting “so you fired De Silva”. In May of this year (2017) we listened to Dr.
De Silva speak in public. Progress Note
– Dr. De Silva appears to be improving even though he looks tired and warn
out. We have a standalone report in the
works because there may be a chance to recoup on losses accrued about KHDS. We would award KHDS 3.0 Stars because we have
experience worse. Some of those people
awarding him a 4.4 or higher may have been hypomanic. YaKnow when everything including your doctor
seems really good. We here at MSG
perceive KHDS as improving. He values
new norms about assessment and assessment tools. And last his impression of our crisis was
wrong.
